Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily operation and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including data center, servers, network equipment, PCs, printers, conference systems, production/office software, data backup, file storage, and account & permission management. Ensure stable IT services for production and office scenarios and meet SLA requirements.

Manage the full lifecycle of ICT fixed assets, maintain standardized asset records, and conduct regular asset inventory, verification and disposal.

Manage IT suppliers, service providers and telecom operators, supervise service quality and coordinate issue resolution.

Support headquarters in implementing IT infrastructure projects, including IT setup for new production lines/offices, network transformation, access control/CCTV/cabling engineering, server rack mounting, deployment and commissioning.

Collaborate to carry out information security management work, support system audits such as ISO27001 and TiSAX, as well as local data protection and cybersecurity compliance requirements;

Provide remote support for IT projects, O&M tasks and special assignments deployed by headquarters.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields; at least 2 years of IT O&M experience in an enterprise with over 100 employees.

Fluent in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to use both as working languages.

Eligible to apply for Singapore Employment Pass (EP), or already hold valid working rights in Singapore.

Proficient in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of office PCs, servers, switches, security equipment and other hardware/software.

Capable of Linux (Ubuntu) system operation, maintenance and daily administration.

Familiar with network protocols and architecture, experienced in LAN maintenance. CCNP/HCIP or above certification is a plus.

Familiarity with ITIL, ISO27001 or TiSAX is preferred.
