Requirements:

• Specialize in IT related troubleshooting, system setup, upgrading and maintenance
• Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Windows, MS Server, MacOS and related Hardware etc.
• Good knowledge in Networking, Printer, Domain, AD Server management
• Able to maintain normal day-to-day operation of multiple application systems
• Keep a good record of company’s IT assets
• Tasks-oriented with good service attitude
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and user support experience
• Quick learner and hands-on with new IT systems and applications implementations
• Able to speak Mandarin and English to liaise with various skateholders
