As an Internal Communication Manager, you'll partner with senior leaders, IT teams, business users, and regional stakeholders to drive engagement, support change initiatives, and improve communication effectiveness across the organization.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Internal Communication Manager to lead communication initiatives across Singapore and the APAC region. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with senior leadership, IT teams, business users, vendors, and regional stakeholders to drive engagement, support technology initiatives, and ensure effective communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with business and technology objectives.
Drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of IT projects and organizational initiatives.
Create, edit, and manage communication content across multiple channels including emails, intranet portals, newsletters, and digital platforms.
Act as the key liaison between IT teams and end users, ensuring effective two-way communication.
Gather user feedback and collaborate with system owners to improve user experience and engagement.
Plan, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of communication initiatives and processes.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging messages for non-technical audiences.
Partner with stakeholders across Singapore and the APAC region to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Employee Communications, Change Management, or related fields.
Proven experience working with multinational organizations and regional stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
Experience supporting IT, digital transformation, technology, or change initiatives.
Ability to translate technical information into business-friendly communication.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting enterprise technology projects or large-scale transformation programs.
Understanding of MAS, JFSA, or APAC technology risk and regulatory frameworks.
Experience engaging with senior executives and leadership teams.
Exposure to digital communication channels, web-based communications, or multimedia content creation.
