Join a leading commercial property management team and support the daily operations of retail malls / commercial prop

Location: Tanjong Pagar Commercial Complex x 1 , Jurong Shopping Mall x 1 , Bedok Shopping Mall x 1
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8 hours between 7am-9pm & alt sat 4 hours
Salary: Up to 5k basic + 1.5 months completion bonus per year

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the assigned property.

Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works to ensure the property remains safe, functional and well-maintained.

Manage contractors, vendors and service providers to ensure works and services are completed according to required standards.

Attend to operational feedback, defects, breakdowns and service requests from tenants and building users.

Support tenant fitting-out, renovation, reinstatement and asset enhancement works.

Monitor maintenance contracts, vendor performance, budgets and operational expenditure.

Ensure compliance with relevant safety, statutory and operational requirements.

Maintain proper records, reports and documentation relating to property operations, maintenance works and incidents.

Requirements

Degree with minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail mall operations, facilities management, property management.

Experience in managing maintenance contracts, service vendors, and operational budgets.

Familiarity with tenant fit-out works, renovation projects, and asset enhancement initiatives will be advantageous.
