Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and successful placements

Source and engage candidates through various channels including job portals, networking, referrals, and outreach

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients

Understand clients' hiring needs and match suitable candidates to the right opportunities

Provide professional career advice and support to candidates throughout the hiring process

Receive structured training, guidance, and mentorship from experienced managers and industry professionals

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

2–4 years of recruitment experience in an agency or in-house setting

Strong sourcing and interviewing skills

Good written and verbal communication skills
