NannyPro is seeking to hire a committed individual to journey with us. NannyPro is a trusted premier cradle care agency, a social enterprise building a community of carers for good!

Duties involved

- Recruitment: Interview and manage onboarding of caregivers (nannies, childminders and special needs carers)

- Post Ads and handle recruitment channels/partners.

- Participate in job fairs and onboard events.

- Attend to care requests through calls & email.

- Match and schedule assignments with parents and nannies.

- Invoicing & calculate payroll for the carers

- Case management

- Any other office admin work as assigned.

Candidate’s requirement:

- Enjoy meeting ladies of different seasons.

- Good communication skills, preferably bilingual.

- Detailed oriented and good follow-through skills

- Well versed with MS Office.

- Self-driven and committed.

Full-Work arrangement

- Monday to Friday

- Time: 9am to 6pm (1 hour lunch)

- Location Blk 203 Hougang St 21 #03-77 Singapore 530203.

Remuneration Package

- Probation 3 months

- Monthly package: Min $2,000 to $2,400. Able to offer higher based on qualification and relevant experience.
