About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised HR Executive to join our growing organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates at the early stage of their HR career to gain practical exposure across a wide range of HR functions.
You will work closely with the HR team, management, department heads and employees while receiving guidance and opportunities to develop your HR knowledge and professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, payroll administration, employee benefits, training, performance appraisal and employee engagement.
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, arranging interviews and preparing employment documents.
Coordinate employee onboarding, probation confirmation, transfers, promotions and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files and information in the HR system.
Assist with monthly payroll preparation by checking attendance, leave, overtime, allowances, claims and other payroll-related information.
Support work pass administration, including applications, issuances, renewals, cancellations and document preparation.
Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, reports and other HR-related documents.
Respond to general employee enquiries and provide appropriate HR support.
Assist with the coordination of training programmes, performance appraisals and employee development activities.
Plan and organise company events, employee engagement activities and team-bonding programmes.
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Assist with HR projects, process improvements and other duties assigned by the HR team.
Keep updated on relevant MOM requirements, Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Interest in developing a career in Human Resources and learning the full spectrum of HR functions.
Basic understanding of Singapore employment practices or MOM requirements will be an advantage, but training and guidance will be provided.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised, responsible and detail-oriented.
Proactive, resourceful and willing to learn.
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Able to work independently with appropriate guidance and collaborate effectively with the team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable learning HR systems and digital tools.
