–     Oversee daily refill andmaintenance operations across all active stations.

–     Manage refill crew,part-time contractors, and logistics vendors.

–     Build and enforceservicing standards and schedules.

–     Source and close newstation placements: residential estates, commercial properties, communityspaces.

–     Navigate approvalprocesses with town councils, property managers, and relevant authorities.

–     Manage stock levels,restocking cadence, and inbound/outbound logistics.

–     Reduce station downtimecaused by supply gaps.

–     Build the operationalplaybook as the network scales from tens to hundreds of stations.

–     Report on stationperformance, uptime, and utilisation.

–     Class 3/3A driver'slicence.

–     Hands-on background infield servicing, facilities, logistics, or a related discipline.

–     Has managed people orcontractors in a field environment.

–     Comfortable withphysical work and regular island-wide travel.

–     Bonus: experience withelectrical/electronics, plumbing, or dispensing systems.

–     Own the operationalbackbone of a scaling infrastructure network.

–     Visible, high-ownershiprole with real decision-making authority.
