ROLE OVERVIEW 

We're looking for a Growth Associate, reporting directly to the Growth Manager, who is eager to learn how a product moves from idea to shelf-ready launch.

In this role, you'll support the Growth Manager in powering the engine behind Pure Form's product portfolio: spotting market opportunities, keeping supplier and production timelines on track, and making sure every SKU that reaches customers is accurate and launch-ready. You'll work closely with suppliers, the Compliance/Regulatory Manager, and the Growth Manager to keep NPD projects coordinated and moving across our portfolio.

This is an ideal role for someone who is curious, organized, detail-oriented, and excited to build a career in product development and operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Product & Market Intelligence

Help spot where the next opportunity is.

Research market and category trends to help identify potential new product opportunities.

Track competitor activities and positioning across our categories.

Compile findings into structured briefs for the Growth Manager's strategic review.

2. Supplier & Production Coordination

Help keep products moving from formulation to production.

Manage day-to-day communication with suppliers on production timelines, shipment status, and QC issues.

Track and escalate delays or quality flags to the Growth Manager promptly.

Support contract term coordination and documentation alongside the Growth Manager.

3. Quality & Launch Readiness

Help make sure every product that reaches customers is accurate, compliant, and shelf-ready.

Conduct label QC passes for accuracy — claims, dosing directions, spelling, and formatting.

Coordinate with the Compliance/Regulatory Manager to track regulatory preparation dossier and submission timelines.

4. Project Coordination & Reporting

Keep NPD initiatives organized, visible, and on track.

Maintain SKU status trackers across the portfolio.

Provide the Growth Manager with a weekly status update across all active NPD workstreams.

Coordinate with Suppliers, Compliance/Regulatory, Design, and Operations to support NPD execution.

Follow-through on action items from NPD discussions.

Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and documentation remain up to date.

WHO YOU ARE 

You're naturally curious and detail-oriented, enjoy following through on operational work, and are comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders at once.

At least 1-2  years of experience in product development, operations, business or related fields.

Strong interest in product development and consumer health/wellness.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and status trackers.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and vendors simultaneously.

Strong communication and follow-through, able to chase open threads to closure without hand-holding.
