About the role

The objective is to augment the team with a Full Stack Engineer (Associate Consultant) to support the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of systems through leveraging AI-assisted development practices to enhance productivity, quality, and speed of delivery.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components, including web applications (UI/UX, responsive design), backend services (APIs, business logic, interface via scripts, SFTP), and database integration

Participate in solution design discussions and technical implementation planning

Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of developed solutions

Support UAT preparation and environment configuration, including parameter setup and data validation

Perform system validation, smoke testing, and defect resolution during go-live

Provide post-deployment stabilisation support

Manage source code repositories (e.g., GitHub/Azure DevOps), including branching strategy (DEV/UAT/PRD), code versioning and release control

Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and audit requirements

Participate in code reviews and maintain proper documentation

Support knowledge transfer and documentation of technical artefacts

About you

Experience in using AI-Assisted Development Tool (e.g., GitHub Copilot)

.Net, C#

SQL

React/Angular

Familiar Azure GCC

EntraID + Managed Identity + Key vault

Experience with setting up CI/CD (GitHub action/Azure DevOps)

Exposure to AI-assisted coding (prompting + testing + review + governance)

Exposure to Secure Dev practices (OWSAP + secrets + dependency hygiene)

Docker file + Compose + debugging containers (optional)
