Qualifications & experience

1 year experience Good communication and interpersonal skills Organized, meticulous and able to work under pressure Able to multi-task and work independently

Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field preferred.

Experience in QA, food manufacturing is an advantage.

Tasks & responsibilities

Procurement and cost control

Knowledge in ISO 22000 Food Management System

Food tasting and testing

R & D of new products

Liaise with SFA

Manage daily production process

Lead and manage a team of production workers

Ensure product meet the company's quality standards, policies and practices.

Has ability to multitask and priorities work efficiently.

To comply to safety regulations and security measures for warehouse operations

Ensure compliance of all raw materials and finished product Maintain hygiene and safety in the workplace. Interest or have food machinery knowledge is a plus point.

Handle stock control, regulatory compliance, and overall workplace safety

Other ad-hoc duties such as stock taking.
