Job description for Finance & Treasury Manager at Lake Vale Capital Pte. Ltd

Scope of work:

Financial Reporting and Accounting

Maintain books and records for the SFO, IHC, and related entities

Coordinate periodical audits with external auditors

Manage corporate tax for the SFO, IHC and related entities (supported by external tax advisors)

Manage annual maintenance filings, returns, and associated expenses for the SFO, IHC and related entities (supported by company secretary / registered agents)

Maintain transfer pricing documentation for the IMA between SFO and IHC

Capital and Portfolio Management

Track portfolio performance and produce regular AUM reports

Reconcile capital account statements against internal books

Manage capital calls and distribution receipts across all portfolios

Monitor liquidity and Maintain real-time view of cash balances, capital commitments, and unfunded obligations

Handle related administrative tasks

Maintain and organise subscription documents for all fund investments

Coordinate KYC packs and investor questionnaires

Manage W-8BEN-E, CRS self-certifications, and FATCA forms across accounts and fund relationships

Collect, organise, and forward K-1 forms and annual tax packs to external tax advisors

Banking and Treasury Operations

Manage SFO and IHC banking relationships with banks and custodians

Oversee account maintenance: signatory updates, account openings/closures, KYC requirements

Execute transfers, payments, and redemption transactions per approved authorisation matrices

Monitor cash management across multiple currencies and jurisdictions

Office Operations and Internal Finance

Handle internal SFO expenses: vendor fees, lease, payroll, CPF, reimbursements, operating expenses

Support vendor management and contract administration

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting to the GC/COO

Compliance and Regulatory

Maintain AML/CFT records and support Singapore regulatory compliance for the SFO

Coordinate CRS and FATCA reporting obligations if any

Manage D&O and professional indemnity insurance renewals for the SFO

Requirements:

3–5 years in finance, accounting, fund administration, or operations — ideally at a family office, fund administrator, fund manager, private bank, or financial-services-focused audit firm.

Exposure to investment operations, fund accounting, or portfolio reporting an advantage; familiarity with Singapore tax/regulatory basics (ACRA, corporate tax/GST, AML/CFT) and FATCA/CRS a plus.

Degree in finance or accounting; part- or fully-qualified CA / CPA / ACCA welcome.

Above all: reliable, meticulous, discreet, and trustworthy, with the steadiness to own a function and the judgment to escalate and draw on external advisors when matters become complex.
