工作职责
1.负责现场无人车的运营保障，包含夜间运营，及时响应并处理各类现场技术问题（如故障排查、日志拷贝与分析），确保无人车安全稳定运行。
2.负责现场无人车的多传感器标定以及验证，保证无人车的稳定运行。
3.负责现场无人车的系统检查，提前识别潜在隐患，主动发起预防性维护或标定校准。

任职条件：
1.新加坡公民或者永久居民（PR），持有有效Class 3驾照；
2.中英文双语能力优秀，具备良好的技术沟通与问题表达能力；
3.本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、通信、车辆工程、自动化等相关专业背景；
4.对无人驾驶相关业务及技术领域保持高度兴趣与热情，具备较强的学习能力和对新技术的探索意愿；
5.责任心强，具备良好的服务意识和担当精神，工作积极主动；
6.具备良好的团队协作能力，能够融入团队并与跨部门同事保持高效沟通与协作；
7.熟悉Linux环境以及相应的Bash shell操作；
8.能适应新加坡本地的室外及现场工作环境。

优先考虑：
1.具备一定的软件开发经验（如 Linux Shell、Qt、C/C++、Python、Lua、GIS 等）；
2.具备电子硬件设计或调试经验优先；
3.具有机器人，通信软件，系统软件等相关系统的现场部署经验者优先；
4.具备测试或者研发背景者为加分项；
5.具有较为丰富的项目实战经验者优先。

Responsibilities：
1.Responsible for on-site operational support of autonomous vehicles,including night-time operations，promptly responding to and resolving various technical issues (e.g., fault troubleshooting, log retrieval and analysis) to ensure the safe and stable operation of the vehicles.
2.Responsible for on-site multi-sensor calibration and validation of autonomous vehicles to guarantee their stable performance.
3.Responsible for on-site system inspections of autonomous vehicles, proactively identifying potential risks, and initiating preventive maintenance or calibration adjustments in advance.

Qualifications：
1.Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR), with a valid Class 3 driving licence;
2.Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, with solid technical communication and problem articulation skills;
3.Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, Communications, Vehicle Engineering, Automation, or related engineering disciplines;
4.Strong interest and passion for autonomous driving technologies, with a high learning agility and curiosity for new technologies;
5.Strong sense of responsibility, service-oriented mindset, and proactive working attitude;
6.Good team collaboration skills, with the ability to integrate into teams and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders;
7.Familiarity with Linux environments and Bash shell operations;
8.Ability to adapt to outdoor and on-site working environments in Singapore.

Preferred Qualifications
1.Hands-on software development experience (e.g. Linux Shell, Qt, C/C++, Python, Lua, GIS);
2.Experience in electronic hardware design or debugging is a strong plus;
3.On-site deployment experience with systems related to robotics, communication software, or system software is preferred;
4.Testing or R&D background is considered an advantage;
5.Rich practical project experience is a strong plus.
