About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Dishwasher to join the team at Guilin Garden Restaurant in the Central and East Region. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our busy kitchen by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

What you'll be doing

Thoroughly clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils

Ensure that the dishwashing area and surrounding kitchen spaces are kept tidy and organised at all times

Restock supplies and report any equipment issues to the kitchen manager

Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Assist kitchen staff with other general food preparation tasks as needed

What we're looking for

Prior experience as a Dishwasher or in a similar kitchen role, preferably within F&B industry.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team

Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods

Familiarity with basic food safety and hygiene practices
