Job Summary

You will design and implement scalable data architecture and engineering solutions on GCP to enable enterprise analytics, ensuring data governance, security, and quality while mentoring teams and standardizing processes.

Responsibilities

• 8+ years of Experience.
• Design and build large-scale data warehouse and lakehouse solutions on GCP using Medallion Architecture to support enterprise analytics
• Develop and maintain data pipelines with BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Composer, Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub to ensure reliable data ingestion and processing
• Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, governance, and security frameworks to maintain data quality and compliance
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, GitHub Actions, and dbt to automate deployment and improve development efficiency
• Manage Personally Identifiable Information (PII) handling, access controls, and data governance to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance
• Build reusable boilerplate frameworks and standardized ingestion and processing patterns to accelerate development and maintain consistency
• Mentor engineering teams by providing technical guidance and creating onboarding and documentation playbooks to enhance team capabilities
• Apply knowledge of Delta Lake, Apache Iceberg, and enterprise analytics platforms to optimize data storage and querying performance
