We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Customer Service Executive to support our daily container trucking and logistics operations.
📍 Location: Singapore
🕒 Working Hours: 5.5 Days Work Week
💰 Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 (depending on experience)
Job Responsibilities:
• Create and coordinate daily trucking jobs
• Liaise with customers, drivers, and operations team
• Handle container and cargo delivery arrangements
• Prepare invoicing and job documentation
• Monitor shipment status and delivery schedules
• Use PSA Portnet for bookings, pregate, vessel checks, and related operations
• Coordinate with depots and customers for smooth deliveries
• Follow up on customer enquiries and operational issues
Requirements:
• Prior logistics / trucking experience preferred
• Knowledge of PSA Portnet is an advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Email)
