Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and driven mid-level Creative with around 3 years of hands-on experience to own projects and grow into a senior creative voice. You will develop visual concepts for advertising campaigns and deliver high-quality graphic design assets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute visual concepts for advertising campaigns across print, digital, and out-of-home channels to engage target audiences
- Produce high-quality graphic design assets from brief to final delivery, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence
- Present creative work confidently to internal teams and clients, clearly communicating the rationale behind your ideas to influence decision-making
- Collaborate with team members to deliver cohesive and effective creative output aligned with campaign objectives
- Take direction from senior creatives while contributing original ideas and perspectives to enhance project outcomes
- Monitor and apply current trends in design, advertising, and visual culture to keep work fresh and relevant
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create professional design assets
- Around 3 years of experience in art direction or graphic design within an advertising agency or creative environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design craft and conceptual thinking across advertising or brand projects
- Ability to present work and articulate creative decisions effectively to stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills to work productively within teams
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Motion design skills using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools to enhance multimedia projects
- Exposure to digital and social media advertising formats to support integrated campaign efforts
