Job Summary

Plan and deliver engaging Chinese lessons for Primary 1 to Primary 6 students, aligned with the MOE syllabus, to develop their oral and writing skills while monitoring progress and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the MOE syllabus for Primary 1 to Primary 6 students to ensure curriculum compliance and effective learning
• Prepare teaching materials and worksheets that support lesson objectives and enhance student understanding
• Develop students’ oral and writing skills by applying targeted teaching strategies to improve language proficiency
• Monitor student progress through assessments and provide targeted academic support to address learning gaps
• Mark assignments and provide constructive feedback to guide student improvement
• Maintain effective classroom management to create a positive and focused learning environment
• Create revision notes and practice papers to reinforce learning and prepare students for assessments
• Communicate regularly with parents and management to report on student progress and address concerns
• Participate in training sessions and assist with centre activities to support continuous professional development and centre operations
