Job Summary
Join THE WRITER'S PLACE as a Customer Service Assistant (Part-time) to assist with administrative and operational tasks in a dynamic tuition centre environment.
📝 The job scope includes:
- Answering WhatsApp enquiries regarding make-up classes
- Attending to walk-in customers
- General administrative tasks
🕒 Working hours:
- Minimum 2 days
- Tues-Fri: 11am-730pm
- Saturday: 830am-530pm
✔ Required competencies and certifications
- Ability to work during tuition centre operation hours
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin for customer communication
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-driven with initiative
Other Information
Work days/Location:
- Centre closed on Mondays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
- Locations: Woodlands Galaxy Community Club (5 min walk from Admiralty MRT) and Junction 10 mall (Bukit Panjang MRT)
