Responsibilities

Create, develop, and update beverage menus.

Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards.

Prepare drink mixers, syrups, garnishes, and other bar ingredients.

Prepare and serve simple bar food in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, food preparation area, equipment, and service area.

Bar opening and closing procedures and perform various behind-the-bar tasks such as preparing bar foods & garnishes, set up bar stations and restocking all ingredients and supplies.

Ensure compliance with food hygiene, liquor licensing, workplace safety, and company operating procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience in bartending is required.

Knowledge of wide range of cocktails, wines, beers, alcoholic beverages, drink recipes and mixology techniques.

Creativity and ability to develop new beverage recipes and menus.

Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

Basic Food Hygiene Certification is an advantage.

Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Good customer service and communication skills.
