Its mission is to provide affordable good food by an inclusive quality workforce comprising people of different abilities, ages and socio-economic background.
Professor Brawn Ltd operates across 3 different locations including Pathlight School (AMK) and Pathlight School (Tampines) which is the largest special education school in Singapore.
We are looking for an Assistant F&B Executive for our Tampines outlet.
As an Assistant F&B Executive, your impact and contribution includes:
Being Responsible for supervising and co-ordinating the daily job duties and task involving pre-opening, operations, and post-closing of the outlet
Supervise and guide staffs on their given duties and responsibilities
Taking charge of assignment planning and scheduling staff for their meals/breaks
Providing service and ensuring service procedures and given standards are followed by the staff
Supervise the cleaning of equipment (internal and external), guiding and showing staffs finding difficulties in doing so
Handling complaints
Ensuring that staff adheres to SFA food handling procedure and policy
Operate POS system and performing cashiering duties
Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements
Comfortable with being redeployed to different work locations and possibility of more than one location a day
Ability to work effectively in a team
Ability to adapt to diverse people and environment
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment
Strong desire to learn about Autism and the passion to help special needs individuals
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, shift basis
Location: Pathlight School (Tampines)
