Job description for Admin Assistant at JE Human Resources Pte. Ltd.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Handling daily administrative work and processing local & overseas customer
inquiries, formulation of quotations, order entry and updating of products price
• Execute standard operating procedure (SOP) work flow processing of sales
order, technical drawing once the receipts of clients’ order
• Prepare Sales order, Invoice & Delivery order in the SAP System
• Record Item code, Bill of materials (BOM) and Routing in the SAP System
• Daily follow up with in-house production control on time delivery sales work
• Keep good filing system and effective sorting of documents
• Good maintaining In-house catalogues, compile and updating of products
prices, information and database
• Prepare weekly & monthly status of sales order delivery to customers and Ad-
hoc reports
• Compile relevant business documentation and filing system are put in place
• Daily data entry accurately and timely into the SAP System
• Keep good internal controls of admin work
Requirements
• Min 3 year working experience in Administration
• Industry Proficient in SAP software and MS Office applications
• Resourceful and adaptive to work requirements change
• A problem solver and passion organized team player with good
communication skills
• 5.5 working days
