About the Role
The Admin Assistant supports daily administrative, HR, and office operations at Advanced CAE Pte Ltd. This role ensures smooth coordination of recruitment support, leave monitoring, office administration, and front desk functions. The Admin Assistant provides operational support to the HR and Admin team, helping maintain efficiency and organization across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment coordination, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Prepare onboarding documentation and maintain accurate employee records
- Monitor employee leave, attendance, and timesheets.
- Maintain training records and coordinate training logistics
- Manage office administration, including pantry supplies, stationery, and inventory
- Perform receptionist duties, including handling calls, emails, visitors, and mail distribution
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for office maintenance and services
- Monitor and follow up on Office Automation (OA) submissions and documentation
- Provide general administrative support, including report preparation, event coordination, and ad hoc duties
