Job description for Acquisition Design & Operations Growth Lead at Prudential Group

Prudential’s purpose is to be partners for every life and protectors for every future. Our purpose encourages everything we do by creating a culture in which diversity is celebrated and inclusion assured, for our people, customers, and partners. We provide a platform for our people to do their best work and make an impact to the business, and we support our people’s career ambitions. We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.

You will own the translation of acquisition strategy into structured execution, delivering measurable outcomes and scalable processes across lead generation initiatives. Working closely with the Head of Acquisition & Partnerships Growth, you will drive campaign performance, enforce operational discipline, and provide clear, data‑driven insights to support decision‑making.

Job Description:

Own end to end execution of lead generation acquisition programmes, ensuring consistent delivery against defined targets

Translate strategy into clear execution plans, including campaign mechanics, processes, timelines, and success metrics

Track, analyse, and report campaign performance; use insights to optimise, scale, or discontinue initiatives

Identify performance gaps and implement targeted improvements to drive conversion, lead quality, and cost efficiency

Maintain strong operational discipline, including structured pipelines, timely execution, and adherence to governance requirements (e.g. approvals, reimbursements, budgets)

Work closely with internal stakeholders and agency leadership to align execution, resolve issues, and escalate risks early with clear recommendations

Consolidate work into clear, structured updates highlighting performance, insights, risks, and next steps for leadership

Build and refine playbooks to ensure initiatives are repeatable, scalable, and consistently executed

Who we are looking for:

Core Competencies

Strong ability to structure problems and communicate clearly

Analytical and commercially minded, with a focus on performance, conversion, and cost efficiency

Comfortable taking ownership and driving initiatives independently

Able to operate effectively in ambiguity and fast‑paced environments

Skilled at simplifying complexity into clear actions and outcomes

Working Experience

5–8 years of experience in operations, campaign management, growth, or related roles

Proven experience owning and delivering initiatives end‑to‑end

Exposure to performance‑driven environments with clear targets and metrics

Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups (e.g. sales, marketing, operations)

Experience in insurance, financial services, or distribution‑led businesses is an advantage

Education / Professional Qualifications

Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline
