WHAT is this role about?
As a Content Producer (Writer) for our News & Current Affairs team, you will work with other editorial colleagues to inform, entertain, and engage our audiences about trending topics in Singapore.
A snippet of what you can expect to be doing on a daily basis:
- Participating in daily newsgathering and reporting
- Working with both writing and video teams to pitch and develop story ideas
- Working independently to pursue leads, conduct research, and follow up on pitches
- Helping with Mothership social media platform management, e.g., drafting captions for social media posts.
An evening shift option is available for this position, with working hours from 4pm to 11pm, Mondays through Fridays.

- Passion for news and current affairs, and familiarity with the latest social media trends

Senior writer position is available for candidates with at least 2-3 years of experience in newsgathering and reporting.
