We're looking for educators who are patient, intuitive, and excited to work with young children in small group settings. You'll be guiding preschoolers and primary-aged children through structured, play-based sessions that build communication and social skills.

Your Role As a Weekend Facilitator, you will:
- Lead small-group intervention sessions (2–4 children per group)
- Use engaging, child-led activities to build speech, language, and social confidence
- Work closely with our therapy team to align session goals Focus entirely on teaching—minimal admin or paperwork
- Receive training and mentorship
🧩 Who You Are
- Graduate or currently pursuing a degree or postgraduate degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Psychology, Linguistics, or a related field
- Have prior experience working with preschool or primary-aged children
- Passionate about supporting children with special needs (experience in this area is a strong plus)
- Warm, observant, and able to adapt your approach to each child's needs
- Fluent in English; bilingualism in Chinese is an advantage
- Familiar with Singapore's early childhood or primary education landscape
