🌱 Support Young Learners in a Meaningful Way

If you're currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Linguistics, or a related field—and you're passionate about supporting children with special needs—this could be the perfect fit.

We're looking for educators who are patient, intuitive, and excited to work with young children in small group settings. You'll be guiding preschoolers and primary-aged children through structured, play-based sessions that build communication and social skills.

Our learners include children with:

  • Speech delays and articulation challenges
  • Language processing difficulties
  • Social communication needs (including mild to moderate ASD)
  • Dyslexia and literacy challenges
  • Auditory processing differences

Your Role As a Weekend Facilitator, you will:

  • Lead small-group intervention sessions (2–4 children per group)
  • Use engaging, child-led activities to build speech, language, and social confidence
  • Work closely with our therapy team to align session goals Focus entirely on teaching—minimal admin or paperwork
  • Receive training and mentorship

🧩 Who You Are

  • Graduate or currently pursuing a degree or postgraduate degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Psychology, Linguistics, or a related field
  • Have prior experience working with preschool or primary-aged children
  • Passionate about supporting children with special needs (experience in this area is a strong plus)
  • Warm, observant, and able to adapt your approach to each child's needs
  • Fluent in English; bilingualism in Chinese is an advantage
  • Familiar with Singapore's early childhood or primary education landscape
