Job Description
The role is responsible for assisting to shape and conceptualise the visual identity for our clients’ websites. The candidate should possess web design creativity skills to apply ideas and visions into design and content for the clients’ target audience to help achieve their marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
Working together with our Web Design team to design clients’ websites that will suit the needs of our respective clients
Design and Edit key pages on the website according to campaigns and business objectives
Problem Solving for any Graphic Issues on websites
Work on new design requests and implementing them
To be kept up-to-date on current market trend and continuously improve on producing innovative and attractive web design content
Composition – excellent composition skills to determine where to locate page elements and balance the overall look and flow of the page;
Typography – familiarity with typographical principles and practices, considering font choices and sizes and how they work within the page
Image editing – optimizing images for desktop or mobile browsers
Web coding – able to use CSS, HTML, and JavaScript efficiently and effectively to code and manipulate how a page looks and behaves.
Taking into consideration of the client’s objectives and strategies to balance both form and function
Strong design and layout principles with attention to detail
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in Web Design related fields
Diploma or Degree in Web Design related fields
Proficient in design software (Adobe Suite, etc.)
Proficient in HTML5 and CSS3
Excellent Time Management Skills
Knowledge in UI and UX is advantageous
Meticulous, Self-Motivated and Team Orientated
Excellent communication skills
**Portfolio of past works is required for application
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
