PT Sinoma membuka kesempatan untuk posisi Warehouse Supervisor yang bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan operasional warehouse, pengendalian stok material, koordinasi kebutuhan barang dengan user/departemen terkait, serta memastikan kelancaran distribusi material untuk mendukung operasional project industri semen. Posisi ini akan menjadi PIC utama warehouse dan berperan penting dalam komunikasi lintas departemen agar kebutuhan material dapat terkontrol dengan baik.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

Mengawasi seluruh aktivitas operasional warehouse.
Mengontrol keluar masuk barang dan akurasi stock material.
Monitoring minimum stock dan memberikan informasi apabila stok menipis/kritis.
Berkoordinasi dengan user, planner, procurement, dan departemen lain terkait kebutuhan material.
Memastikan material yang diterima dan dikeluarkan sesuai spesifikasi dan kebutuhan operasional.
Mengatur dan mengawasi pekerjaan staff warehouse.
Melakukan stock opname berkala serta investigasi selisih stok.
Membuat laporan inventory dan aktivitas warehouse.
Mendukung implementasi sistem warehouse online/digital.
Menjaga kerapihan, keamanan, dan penerapan K3 di area warehouse.
