Job description for Warehouse Staff at PT Act One Yamaichi Indonesia
We are a growing company specializing in construction equipment rental and are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Staff to support our daily warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue construction equipment, tools, and materials.
- Operate a forklift to load equipment into and off from truck
- Wash equipment using high-pressure water washing machine
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
- Ensure inventory accuracy by updating stock records and participating in regular stock counts.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of materials.
- Perform equipment handling in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Assist in preparing outgoing deliveries and receiving incoming shipments.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Support other warehouse activities as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; Diploma (D3) or higher is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse or related role.
- Valid forklift operating skills/license with proven experience operating a forklift (mandatory)
- Experience in using basic hand tools to repair or maintain equipment is an advantage.
- Willingness to use simple tools for minor equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Experience in construction equipment, heavy equipment, logistics, or industrial warehouse operations is preferred.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) are preferred.
- Basic English communication skills will be an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to handle warehouse activities,
- Responsible, disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to be based in Cikarang.
