岗位职责:
- 与中国上级或供应商沟通仓库运营相关需求;
- 负责中印尼文文件、操作指引及系统内容的翻译工作;
- 协助仓库团队与管理层或中文供应商之间的沟通与协调;
- 管理仓库进出货数据,确保库存报表的准确性;
- 编制仓库日/周运营报告并提交上级;
- 协助监督货物的收货、存储及发货流程,确保符合SOP标准;
- 协助本地员工与中国管理人员之间的沟通协调。
任职要求:
- 工作经验1年以内;
- 大专及以上学历;
- 中文听说读写流利;
- 具备基础仓储管理及库存管理知识;
- 熟练使用办公软件(尤其是Excel);
- 工作认真细致,有纪律性,能承受工作目标压力;
- 具备团队合作精神,能适应多元文化工作环境。
工作时间:
大小周工作制,08:30 – 17:30
薪资待遇:
月薪约10,000,000 – 15,000,000印尼盾
福利待遇:
BPJS(印尼社保)、THR(年终奖金)、加班费
Warehouse Staff (Mandarin Speaker)
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Chinese superiors and suppliers regarding warehouse operational needs;
- Translate documents, work instructions, and system content from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa;
- Assist in coordinating communication between the warehouse team and management or Mandarin-speaking vendors;
- Manage inbound and outbound warehouse data and ensure the accuracy of inventory reports;
- Prepare daily and weekly warehouse operation reports and submit them to supervisors;
- Assist in supervising receiving, storage, and shipping processes in accordance with SOPs;
- Facilitate communication between local employees and Chinese supervisors/managers.
Requirements:
- Less than 1 year of working experience;
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree;
- Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written);
- Basic knowledge of warehouse administration and inventory management;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under targets;
- A team player with the ability to adapt to a multicultural working environment.
Working Hours:
Alternate-week schedule (5.5-day work week), 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM
Salary:
IDR 10,000,000 – 15,000,000 per month
