Job description for Warehouse Assistant (Freelance) at Nappa Milano
We are looking for agile, meticulous, and responsible individuals to join us as a Warehouse Assistant (Freelance). In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that every pair of Nappa Milano shoes is stored correctly, packed beautifully, and ready to be delivered to our customers according to our premium quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the receiving of incoming goods and the preparation of outgoing shipments for customers or retail outlets.
- Select products based on invoices and perform high-standard packaging to ensure shoe boxes remain pristine and undamaged during transit.
- Conduct detailed physical inspections (checking leather texture, stitching, and ensuring matching sizes for left/right shoes) before packing.
- Assist in periodic physical stock counts (stock opname) and ensure products are organized on racks according to SKU codes and sizes.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment and ensure leather products are stored in appropriate conditions to preserve material quality.
Requirements :
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Honest, disciplined, and possessing extremely high attention to detail (especially in differentiating leather types, colors, and shoe sizes).
- Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse activities, including lifting boxes and maintaining mobility throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in shifts or during high demand periods (e.g., Mega Sale events like 11.11, 12.12, or holiday seasons).
- Preferably residing near the Nappa Milano warehouse or operational office.
