Warehouse & Purchasing Head

Job Description

• End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Fully responsible for integrating purchasing and warehouse operations to ensure smooth goods flow.
• Inventory Forecasting: Analyze sales data to forecast stock requirements (Raw Materials & Finished Goods) in order to avoid overstock and stock shortages.
• Procurement Strategy & ROP: Determine accurate Re-Order Points (ROP) and purchasing timelines to ensure procurement is conducted at the right time according to operational needs and cash flow availability.
• Vendor Management & Backup Planning: Manage strategic relationships with international vendors and prepare backup vendors to mitigate supply failure risks.
• Warehouse Cost & Workflow Efficiency: Optimize warehouse staff productivity and improve workflows to achieve cost efficiency without compromising service quality.
• Omnichannel System Improvement: Ensure and continuously improve omnichannel system integration (such as Jubelio or WMS) to maintain accurate stock synchronization across all sales channels.
• Inventory Quality Control (FIFO): Implement a strict First-In-First-Out (FIFO) system to maintain stock rotation and prevent expired or slow-moving inventory accumulation.
• Packing System Innovation: Develop secure and accurate packing systems, including implementing supporting technologies (such as CCTV monitoring in packing areas) for documentation purposes and complaint minimization.
• Compliance & Audit: Conduct regular stock audits (stock opname) and ensure all import documents and warehouse administration comply with legal and accounting standards.
• Team Leadership & KPI Management: Lead and develop Purchasing and Warehouse teams while establishing KPIs focused on speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Purchasing, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Mandatory Mandarin proficiency (minimum written, spoken preferred) for smooth coordination with overseas vendors.
• Proficient in operating Omnichannel/WMS systems (Jubelio) and deeply understands marketplace integration.
• Strong financial and data analysis skills, particularly in margin calculation, logistics cost analysis, and inventory forecasting.
• Expertise in warehouse management (warehouse SOPs, layout planning, shrinkage control, and workforce efficiency).
• Strong negotiation skills and deep understanding of import/customs procedures.
• Strategic thinker, solution-oriented in handling complex operational challenges, and highly detail-oriented.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and maintain integrity at work.
• Accustomed to working with performance targets (GMV Targets, Cost Efficiency, and Inventory Accuracy).
