Job Overview
Lola’s Cantina Mexicana is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team.
As a Waiter / Waitress / Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking food and beverage orders, serving guests, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and ensuring smooth coordination between the dining area, kitchen, and bar.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome, greet, and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently according to restaurant service standards.
- Check orders before serving and communicate special requests, allergies, or dietary requirements to the kitchen.
- Provide attentive customer service throughout the guest's dining experience.
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
- Maintain good knowledge of the restaurant menu, ingredients, prices, promotions, and special offers.
- Recommend menu items and actively promote food and beverage promotions.
- Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Bar, Host/Hostess, and F&B team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked tables and service stations.
- Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the Supervisor or Manager when necessary.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing the service area.
- Maintain good teamwork and communication with all restaurant departments.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, Restaurant Server, F&B Attendant, or similar hospitality role is preferred.
- English communication skills are preferred.
