Job description for VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT (Human Resources) at Architects of Life
This position is responsible for supporting the Projects Team in planning, implementing and coordinating volunteer activities for the organisation. The intern will also support stakeholder/ partner liaison, and recruitment and management of volunteers.
💥KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Recruit & draft role descriptions for volunteers openings, and put up openings on volunteer and recruitment platforms and schemes
2) Interview volunteers for project positions, and place them into suitable projects
3) Assist with the planning and implementation of volunteer engagement activities
