Virtual Assistant (Ops & Admin Support)
Commitment: Daily task-based (emails cleared by 6pm, Mon–Fri)

Key Responsibilities
- Email Management
- Monitor and reply to general inboxes using provided templates and SOPs.
- All incoming emails (Mon–Fri) must be cleared and responded to by 6pm each day.
- Flag and escalate important matters to relevant team members.
- Data & Admin Support
- Perform ad-hoc data clean-up (Google Sheets/Excel).
- Update and maintain records (e.g., contact lists, investor forms, simple trackers).
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems.
- Operational Tasks
- Assist with preparing documents and simple reports.
- Support workflow processes (training will be provided).
Requirements
- Singapore university undergraduate or graduate.
- Able to commit to daily accountability (emails cleared by 6pm, Mon–Fri).
- Comfortable with Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
- Strong written English and attention to detail.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to follow clear instructions.
