The Producer leads film projects from development through delivery from an operational perspective. You will support creative decisions and collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless production experience for clients.
Your responsibilities would be to manage multiple projects with often conflicting demands and deadlines, finding creative ways to tap on resources to deliver the best project outcomes.
To succeed, you should be team-oriented, curious, highly detailed, and able to juggle multiple projects at once with an eye for excellent video content. You must have a passion for people and demonstrate resourcefulness to achieve results for the company.
Experience and outcomes:
Creativity: Translate client briefs and collaborate with creatives to come up with strong concepts that are aligned to client's needs.
Project Management: Manage film production process from development to delivery. Juggle priorities between internal and external stakeholders, liasing with multiple parties to ensure alignment on project's needs. Communicating creative and logistical requirements to clients, gaining their support and alignment.
Communication: Working with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and deliverables. Together with your team members, you will delegate work, write proposals, coordinate schedules and ensure ideas are translated to actionable outcomes.
Resourcefulness & problem-solving skills: Being flexible to think out of the box when it comes to unexpected issues. Doing risk assessment and troubleshooting problems with a results focused mindset.
Duration:
9 months traineeship with the opportunity to convert to a permanent role. Includes Annual Leave, WICA insurance and medical co-payment.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience
All Singaporeans and PRs are eligible, with the exception of recent graduates who should apply for the SGUnited Traineeships Programme instead.
