Royal Albatross is looking for a fun, creative and social-media-obsessed intern to join our team and help us create content that people actually want to watch.
This is NOT an internship where you'll sit at a desk all day making PowerPoint slides.
One day you could be filming a luxury sunset dinner cruise, the next you're capturing dogs having breakfast onboard, hopping onto a speedboat to Lazarus Island, covering an event, interviewing guests or jumping onto the latest TikTok trend.
Our content ranges from FUN → LIFESTYLE → PETS → FOOD → EVENTS → LUXURY, so we're looking for someone who can switch styles and isn't afraid to experiment.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
🎥 Shoot and edit TikToks, Instagram Reels & short-form videos
📸 Capture photos and behind-the-scenes moments
💡 Come up with fun content ideas, hooks and trends
🐶 Create content around our famous dog-friendly experiences
⛵ Cover cruises, events, island experiences and special activations
🎤 Occasionally interview guests, crew, chefs or partners
✂️ Edit using CapCut, Canva or other tools you're comfortable with
📱 Help us make Royal Albatross feel fresh, exciting and relevant on social media
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You don't need years of experience.
We care more about whether you have GOOD TASTE, CREATIVITY and INITIATIVE.
You might be perfect if you:
✨ Spend way too much time on TikTok or Instagram
✨ Understand what makes people stop scrolling
✨ Enjoy filming and editing short videos
✨ Have a good eye for visuals
✨ Are comfortable approaching people and capturing spontaneous moments
✨ Can work independently without needing instructions for every single shot
✨ Are willing to try weird/funny ideas and see what works
✨ Can also understand when something needs to look polished and luxurious
Bonus points if you love dogs, food, travel, events or being out on the water! 🐶🌴⛵
YOU DON'T NEED A FANCY PORTFOLIO
Show us what you've made.
It can be your personal TikTok, Instagram, school project, travel Reel, food video, funny edit or anything that shows us your style.
We're much more interested in what you can create than a super-formal CV.
