Mecapan seeks to break barriers on a number of fronts: from taking the business to digital platforms to making beauty more accessible for women across the board. We’re looking for someone who has:
- Min 1 year experience on Vendor Management (wedding and engagement)
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (Verbal / written)
- A self-motivated attitude in order to independently conduct meetings
- Excellent problem solving skills, and ability to provide solutions to vendor
- An adaptable personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and within tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple work at the same time (Administrative or Operational)
You will:
- Reporting to the Vendor Manager
- Maintain and organizing vendor relationships
- Ability to help the Vendor Manager to problem solving and provide solution to vendor
- Following and responding to payment report between vendor and company
- Ability to handle meetings with vendor
- Checking and controlling vendor (on the event)
- Handle administrative related to Vendor
