Job description for UX Writer Intern at Glints
- Work on 1 product with 1 to 2 product squads and create UX copy in Bahasa Indonesia for the product
- Participate in an end-to-end design process with Designers, UX researchers, Product Managers and Software Engineers
- Manage your tasks and time well to deliver them based on the timeline
- Check the quality of your output and seek feedback from the team to ensure that the UX copy is of high quality
- 3rd or final year student studying an Arts degree (Mass Communications, Journalism, Literature, Psychology etc.)
- Native competency and able to write well in Bahasa Indonesia
- Advanced competency and fluent in English for translation and working with cross-cultural teams
- A strong work ethic. As you’ll be working remotely, you’re able to deliver your output with minimal supervision
- Good knowledge of writing fundamentals such as structured thinking, critical, and creative thinking in order to create well-written content
- Good knowledge of product design such as user experience to create user-friendly copy
- A desire to make an impact on users lives and has curiosity to know your users, and how to make their lives better
- Able to collaborate in cross-functional teams to create the best UX copy
