Main Job Description
- Responsible to lead the Corporate Sales & Partnership Team on day-to-day operation and activities
- Hand on hand with the Dept Head to create yearly business plan and strategies to enhance the department performance
- Maintain and Develop the Corporate Sales & Pelita Learning HUB Team related with the Account Development Strategy, Technical and Tactical Support, Account Animation, and future business growth for the S1 Kelas Karyawan and Executive Development Program such; Short Courses, Corporate Training, Corporate Workshop, etc.
- Design and deliver onsite or online courses, workshops, and other training refer to the corporate inquiries.
- Present the success metrics of training in a regular basis.
- Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing accounts which potential for Corporate Partnership with UPH which required for Degree and Non-Degree Program.
- Prospect new business account opportunities through Telemarketing, Online & Onsite Meeting
- Presentation to potential clients such: Corporates, Hospitals, Government, NGO, Polytechnic, etc.
- Performing all duties of the Manager in cases of absence or emergency.

Skill & Qualifications
- S1 Degree or above, major in Communication, Psychology, Education, Management.
- Other majors can be considered with experiences in Training & Development
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Training & Development or equivalent and has basic experience in Corporate Sales & Partnership will be considered.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proven work experience as a Training Consultant or Certified Trainer (Preferably)
- Passionate in teaching and coaching, creative and innovative
- Required Skill(s): TNA (Training Need Analysis), Teaching skills, Communication skills, analytical thinking
- Proficient in the basic operation of Word, PPT, Excel and other work software
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Able to work in a dynamic environment with a more flexible working hour
