Kasual is the first modern e-commerce experience in Indonesia that combines daily wear functionality with personal customization. Kasual is a fun and exciting place to work, a next-gen DNVB company disrupting the fashion industry through beautiful design, innovative features, and a business model that allows us to offer better alternatives to customers than traditional retails.
As a member of our team, you'll have a direct impact on the success of Kasual. You will be taking ownership over making key decisions and taking specs from initial design to developing important apps which hundreds of customers use daily.
At Kasual, you'll be leading major feature initiatives as well as taking on smaller tasks on a daily basis. We design every aspect of Kasual including our product experience, internal tools, and our offices.
Who we are looking for:
You have an eye for clean design that consistently elevates our brand, possess exceptional UI design skills, and are able to translate high-level requirements into clearly-defined low-fidelity user flows and then build beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
This is what your role looks like. You:
- Bring the user experience on our ecommerce platform by helping guide the vision, strategy, and manage the cross-functional teamwork of a project through release and evaluation.
- Design experiences with stunning user interfaces that balance customer goals with business strategy while considering technical constraints, user research, data, and analytics.
- Analyze the results of design changes and new content to ensure goals are met, and then further develop designs, as needed.
- Leverage visual storytelling techniques to design landing pages that merchandize new products, partnerships and services

- You have the ability to empathize with users to design intuitive interfaces and experiences that meet their goals.
- You can analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and draw conclusions to make design decisions.
- You can create stunning user interfaces that build upon a strong wireframe founded on sound design decisions you made from customer data.
- You don’t let aesthetics cloud your view of user experience.
- You have excellent communication skills and experience working collaboratively with a cross-functional team, including developers, marketing and sales to bring your ideas to life.
