Job description for UI/UX Designer at Crowde
- Identify basic design process: research, ideation, user journey, wireframing, prototyping.
- Interpret both quantitative and qualitative data as parameters to be documented on the design decisions
- Translate product's vision and requirements into clearly defined user journeys, end-to-end experiences, and conceptual screen designs
- Production of wireframes, interaction models, information architecture, visual design, and supporting documentation.
- Provide advice to UI Designers, product managers, and developers on the technical perspectives from the initial product design process.
- Collaborating with UX researchers, UI designers, and UX writers to produce high-quality products in terms of content, visuals, usability, and accessibility
- Communicate & present design work to design stakeholders
- Share ideas with Product Managers and the business team to solve user-related problems.
- At least +1 years experience as UX Designer or similar roles (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; professional project/ experience is a plus!)
- Having the knowledge to design principles - design thinking process to solve users problems
- Able and experience to use design & prototyping tools such as Figma, Invision, etc.
- Having an understanding of how to interpret and analyze user needs through the data, translate them into requirements.
- Having excellent communication skills to articulate your design ideas and motivations behind them.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with tech, product management, and other stakeholders
- Self-motivated and able to tackle and run the project while adhering to tight deadlines
