Job Description
- Provide strategic consulting in all aspects related to cyber security training for organization-wide initiatives and projects. Participate in the design, development and implementation of training programs of a broad organizational scope.
- Oversee the training department on all training matters to technical training
- Allocate training resources and executes training initiatives
- Conduct training staff reviews and performance management
- Coordinates weekly & monthly training class schedule and project assignments with Product Managers and Operations Team.
- Presents and makes recommendations to stakeholders regarding course design, technology, and instructional delivery options
- Works directly with subject matter experts to develop instructional content and/or to map the courses into Skills Framework for ICT, eg fundings for SSG, SGUS and IBF.
- Recommends changes to content or delivery methods, based on information such as instructional effectiveness data, current or future performance requirements and feasibility
- Conduct training needs analysis for corporate customers with Product Managers and Account Managers.
- Conduct interview for associate and partner trainers
- Conduct onboarding programme for new trainers.
- Evaluate all trainers training effectively and efficiencies
- Understand the process of creating new trainer ID, canvas and zoom accounts
- Create LMS Canvas course content for new training courses
- Handle learners and trainers’ complaints
- Handle trainer’s issues with Operation Team

Education, Experience and Skills Required:
- Degree / Master’s in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of professional development/training experience, within the Information Technology industry
- Possessing any one of the Instructor certifications from IT vendors (e.g. Microsoft Certified Trainer, Cisco Certified Systems Instructor, Oracle Approved Instructor, Certified EC-Council Instructor, CompTIA CTT+, etc) is a plus
- Holding WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) is a big plus
- Familiar with Singapore Government funding policies and training incentive programmes is a plus
- Experience in risk & regulatory frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, etc is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite of applications.
