Training and Setup Job Description
A. Training :
- Provide training to new and existing clients
- Reviews existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization, or the industry.
- Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
- Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
- Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve.
- Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions.
- Collaborates with clients to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs.
- Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
B. Setup :
- Set up the system implementation for new clients
- Ensure the set up and post sales service are provided to clients in smooth operation
- Liaise with developer and support team for problem resolution
- Monitor set up performance for potential bottleneck, identify possible solution, and work with problem to implement those fixes
- Provide weekly report for all the set up and training completion
- Communicate across departments include management to ensure the setup requirements successfully
- Provide the completion setup approved by client
- Maintain the SOP of the setup and improve over time by building update documentation in writing
Job Requirements :
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree (IT would be preferrable)
- Have experience as a Training Officer or similar role
- Client oriented, able to bring the high quality of training and setup system to our clients
- Eager to learn a complex system and have a high initiative to explore and improve
- Strong organizational and communication skill
- Proficiency English language. Good both in written and verbal
- Mandarin speaking is a plus
- Comfortable with Google platform (google drive, calendars, documents)
