Job description for Trade Marketing Manager at Annam Group
Takes lead the Brand coordination and execution in the North
* General tasks:
- Work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager to coordinate All brand activities
- Takes direction from Category teams in Head Office to deploy brand activities. Provide insight and guidance for the North market to ensure best execution at store level
- Manage the Category teams – Culinary, Beverage, Biscuits & Chocolate to ensure execution excellence
+ Deploy merchandising guidelines
+ Seek display location and implement
+ Manage sampling and activation
- Follow price promotion schemes from HO and propose SSL promotion to clear stock
- Manage the Audit team to visit stores and prepare reports as agreed with the Trade Marketing Manager
+ Ensure activity and promotion are displayed as agreed with Marketing team, on time, full stock on shelf and in the correct location
- Take the lead to coordinate with the Sales team in the North to maximize impact of Marketing activities and provide feedback as required
- Implement Brand training for Sales & Trade Marketing team as determined by HO
- Prepare monthly report on Sales & activities and report on any issues and ways to improve to achieve the sales target to Trade Marketing Manager
- Responsible to fulfill the team headcount and to ensure productivity within the team and to achieve the annual sales target
- Others tasks assigned by line manager
- Lead and develop the Hanoi Trade team to achieve executional excellence at store level.
