JOB DESCRIPTION
Trade Marketing Strategy:
• Develop a Trade Marketing strategy based on market research, target audience, and company's business goals.
• Define detailed guidelines to ensure that this strategy will support optimizing sales performance, increasing market share, and building relationships with supplier partners and retailers.
Implementation Planning:
• Create a specific plan to execute the Trade Marketing strategy, including planning for advertising activities, promotional programs, discounts, and market events.
• Ensure that this plan aligns with business goals and available resources.
• Evaluate competitors and define the potential markets.
Partner Engagement:
• Find potential partner, expand distribution channels, penetrate deeply into the process of promoting partners' sales through marketing strategies, pricing strategies,...
• Work closely and establish strong partnerships with supplier partners and retailers.
• Ensure that the company's products are well-represented and accessible on marketplace platforms and at the point of sale.
Building & Budget Management:
• Build annual Marketing budget
• Manage the Trade Marketing budget to ensure that activities are carried out effectively and within budget.
Data Analysis:
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of Trade Marketing campaigns using data analysis tools.
• Evaluate the data collected to suggest improvements to the Trade Marketing strategies.
Brand Identity Building:
• Ensure that the company's products and brand are properly represented at the point of sale and on marketplace platforms.
• Ensure consistency in how products and the brand are presented and the messaging used.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or related majors.
• Experience of 3 years or more in the field of Trade Marketing, in the Beauty and Pharmaceutical Supplement Industry or FMCG is advance.
• Deep understanding of Marketing and Advertising, Promotion, Activities, Trade Marketing B2B principles.
• Ability to interact and communicate well with partners and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, ability to work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
• English Proficiency (Communication & Writing).
