Job description for [TPHCM] Admin Manager at CÔNG TY TNHH NÉT VIỆT

NetViet is looking for a reliable and hands-on Admin Leader to support core back-office functions, specifically HR, Procurement, Accounting, and Legal coordination.

This role takes direct responsibility for HR operations while coordinating with related teams and external parties in Procurement, Accounting, and Legal to maintain smooth and compliant business operations.

Key Responsibilities

● Take direct ownership of HR administration, including recruitment support, onboarding, offboarding, attendance, employee records, and payroll coordination

● Coordinate back-office operations related to Procurement, Accounting, and Legal

● Support vendor communication, quotation collection, purchase documentation, and internal administrative control

● Coordinate payment-related documents, expense records, contracts, licenses, and corporate documents

● Work closely with management and HQ on reports, updates, and administrative matters

● Maintain organized records, accurate documentation, and smooth internal workflows

● Support daily operations with a practical and detail-oriented approach

Requirements

● Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in administration, HR, accounting support, procurement support, legal support, or related back-office roles

● Strong practical knowledge of HR, and general understanding of Procurement, Accounting, and Legal coordination

● Strong staff task management, organizational skills and attention to detail

● Trustworthy, proactive, and able to work independently

● Good communication and coordination skills

● Strong Excel skills and familiarity with MISA or equivalent software

● Comfortable using digital and cloud-based tools

● Experience in F&B, retail, or service industry is preferred

Language

● Must: Business-level English in speaking, reading, and writing

● Preferred: Japanese reading and writing

Working Conditions

● Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

● Days: Monday to Friday

● Day-off: 6 day/month

● Salary: From VND 18M to 20M Gross

● Working place: District 1, HCMC
