Job description for Ticketing Staff with Fluent English at ATI Business Group
ATI Business Group is looking for Ticketing Staff to support one of our clients in managing day-to-day ticketing flow to meet ATI Business Group's standard process.
Responsibilities:
- Compute ticket costs and issue/reissue tickets.
- Ensures targets are met for each day, completed accurately and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma Degree in any major.
- Preferably having a work experience in Airlines or Travel industries as ticketing staff using the GDS system.
- Preferably having experience in a Customer Services role.
- Fluent in written & spoken English is a must.
- Have good communication skills and am a team player.
- Flexible availabilities are highly appreciated and rewarded (able to work shifts that include days, nights, and public holidays).
- Fresh graduates (s) are welcome to apply.
- Willing to work at Central Jakarta (Harmoni, Batu Tulis, Gambir) and be relocated after training period at BSD.
