Job description for Thư Ký Dự Án (Admin/Đấu Thầu) at DBPlus - Design, Build and more

Mô tả công việc:

- Tiếp nhận, tổng hợp và theo dõi thông tin hồ sơ dự thầu/dự án từ khách hàng.

- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan như Thiết kế, QS, Mua hàng,... để chuẩn bị hồ sơ, báo giá và các tài liệu phục vụ dự án.

- Theo dõi tiến độ xử lý công việc, hỗ trợ điều phối thông tin giữa khách hàng và nội bộ công ty

- Kiểm tra, lưu trữ và cập nhật hồ sơ, hợp đồng, tài liệu dự án đầy đủ và chính xác.

- Hỗ trợ các công việc hành chính liên quan đến dự án theo phân công của quản lý.

Yêu cầu:

- Ưu tiên ứng viên có từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí điều phối, admin dự án hoặc các công việc liên quan trong lĩnh vực xây dựng, nội thất, vật liệu xây dựng,...

- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và phối hợp công việc tốt.

- Chủ động, cẩn thận và có tinh thần trách nhiệm.

- Sử dụng tốt kỹ năng tin học văn phòng.

Quyền lợi:

- Mức thu nhập: Lương (10 - 15 triệu) + Thưởng dự án.

- Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, hỗ trợ phát triển kỹ năng.
