Job description for Tester at Mediastep Software Inc.
Job Description:
• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
• Evaluate product code according to specifications.
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams and help troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Job Requirements:
• 2-3 years+ experience in web application testing.
• Proficient with test case managing tools, bug tracking tools such as (Redmine, Backlog, Bugzilla, Mantis, Testlink, JIRA,…).
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
• Basic communication & technical English.
Working Information:
• Working time: 9 a.m – 6 p.m Monday to Friday.
• Address: StepMedia Office, 84A/42 Tran Huu Trang St., Phu Nhuan Dist., HCM City
255-257 Hung Vuong St., Thanh Khe Dist., Đa Nang City
• Salary: up to 2000$ gross/negotiable
• Performance Bonus will be approximately 1/4 your salary in each quarter
• Social and medical insurance.
